Raised Vegetable Garden

It's been a joy and truly a labor of love piecing our raised bed garden together. We learnt a lot from our last/first attempt at gardening and this time we were better planned.

The Best Pizza Dough

We got a bit tired of our whole wheat pizza dough I think we got too accustomed to it and decided it needed some tweaking.

US Road trips

We've made a few road trips around the US. There's a lot to see here and a lot of distance to cover. Here are some of our trips on the east coast.

Panama

Panama's carnival celebration in Panama City are supposed to be the second largest in the world. Enjoyed this big party with fantastic street food, dozens of stages and loud music blaring at every corner.

Canada

Canada has some of the most beautiful sceneries and landscapes. I hope to drive across to the West coast some day but till then here's a glimpse of Toronto and beyond.

Goa Sausage Recipe

Goa sausages are delicious! unfortunately the quality of pork used to make them is sub standard. To compensate for this I mix quality pork meat and cook with the sausage. Apart from a bit of salt there isn't need to add any more spice as there's plenty in the sausage.

Ingredients:
  • 1 packet of Goa sausage
  • 200 gm of pork, preferably the neck bit with a decent amount of fat which will cook relatively fast.
  • 1 tbsp of Red Chili powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 3 onions
  • 4 potatoes
Preparation:
  • Cut the pork into bite size chunks.
  • Place the cut pork, sausages in a pot with a liter of water and boil
  • Cut the potatoes and onions in halves.
  • After 30-40 mins, Add in the potatoes and onions and cook until potatoes are done.
  • You got yourself the best tasting Goa sausage with good meat to go with.
  • Keep it overnight, it will taste even better!

Nokia E51 Smileys

I've been using the Symbian 60 platform for over 7 years now. It all started with the Nokia 7650 the hammer phone :) I now use the Nokia E51 Black Steel and have to say they've definitely got better since then.

This phone does pretty much everything at least that's what i thought till one fine day i heard someone complain that there weren't smileys.

No smileys on the Nokia E51 ? Click here for Nokia E51 Smileys

haha! well so much for feedback. Hopefully Nokia will do something to include them in further releases
